My order hasn’t arrived. What can I do?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
Sometimes, UPS may take a little longer than expected to update tracking or deliver — unfortunately, this is beyond our control (we wish we could speed them up!).
In most cases, the package is simply delayed, not lost — and it does arrive safely.

Where do we ship, and what’s the cost?
We currently ship within the European Union (EU) only. Delivery to your doorstep in 3–6 business days.
Shipping fee: €3.90→ Free shipping on orders over €33
Need to Change Your Delivery Address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the delivery address for you.
Just send an email to support@tattzero.com, and be sure to include:
✅ Your order number ✅ The incorrect delivery address ✅ The new (correct) delivery address
If your order has already left our warehouse, we unfortunately won’t be able to cancel or modify it.
However, you can try contacting the courier directly to see if they can reroute your package. If the courier is unable to make the change, the package may be returned to us.
If that happens, don’t worry — just reach out to us at support@tattzero.com and we’ll be happy to help 😊
